LL - Hang up or ghost call script

A ghost call is an incoming phone call with no one on the other end.

Rather than saying "hello, hello" and then hanging up because you don't think anyone is there - you should brand the call again so if the person on the other end was having a technical issue they will know they've now connected.

Like:

Hello this is (Brand) my name is (Name), how can I assist you?

Then, wait about 10 - 15 seconds and say: 

"I am sorry but I cannot hear anything on the line. Because I cannot hear a response, I will end this call. If you still need support please visit our contact page at Brand Website, or send an email to (brand email) "

NOTE: A ghost call is a call where no one is there when you answer the call. A ghost call is different from a call that drops due to a connection issue between the agent/user and dialpad or when the customer has a connection issue mid call. These examples are considered dropped calls. Drop calls have a different process.
