LL - Who is "The Social Man"?

The answer to that depends largely on who is asking.

There are 3 reasons why someone might be confused. 

1. A current member who purchased something like The Desire System by Dr. David Tian who might not be aware of who TSM or Christian is. Maybe they missed the emails we've sent them because of an email typo or those going to spam. Or perhaps they just forgot and see a new billing. 

In this case, we want to be specific and provide details of their order. "Do you remember when you purchased PROGRAM on DATE by EXPERT? That's how you started your Social Man membership. Does that ring any bells?"

2. The non-member. The non-member comes in 2 forms - Someone wanting to know more about us and what they are getting into before they order. Typically they've seen our ad somewhere, and want to make a connection with our team to make sure we are really real - or, they found a billing on their statement and the purchase was made by their son/boyfriend/baby daddy/husband/other known person. 

For the non-member who wants to know more about us and who we are before they order, you can go into detail about who The Social Man is and what we are here to help our members achieve. 

For the non-member who is inquiring about the charge, typically the person calling is a woman. Unless we are dealing with a member who is a minor and didn't have parental permission to buy, we do not give account-related details to people who are not the account holder. We can provide some general information, but it's not a good idea to go into too much detail. 

"The Social Man is here to help men improve their confidence, communication skills, and how to have better interpersonal relationships"

This is a true statement. We are very unlikely to know someone's motivation behind being a member. 

Yes, Say Hello is marketed for men who need help with how to speak to women, but it's also been promoted as and used by our members for their jobs and other facets of their life that would require them to make a good first impression and lasting connection with the people that they meet. 

The Girlfriend Activation System is all about how to get into a long-term relationship and keep it going strong, but it's also used by people who are happily married to reconnect with their wife emotionally. 

And, Yes, The Desire System is there to help guys go out and have a lot more fun if they aren't relationship minded at the moment, but it's also being used by people in relationships to help keep the intimate spark alive. 

Some guys are open with their partners about getting help in these areas, some are not because they are shy or they really are using it for nefarious reasons. WE DONT KNOW so let's not throw anyone under the bus by divulging to their wife they have something called Desire and Lust.
