LL - Complicated Product Questions Workflow
This workflow has been set up to provide assistance with Complicated Product Questions.
What is a complicated product question?
It's a question that typically can't be answered by viewing the main Faq for the product (Ingredients, Usage, Label article) or a question that is going to take lengthy research to answer.
First -
Select the workflow dropdown Complicated Product Question - Y
Doing this will send an email to the customer letting them know their question make take a bit of research and we'll reply to them as soon as possible.
It will then assign the ticket to the Health N Nutrition Team in Help Scout so members of that team can begin working on a reply.
