A bank has called in with or without the member present to seek information and reach a resolution.

Goal:

1. Find out what happened to change their mind Key questions to ask:

What about the program have you been unhappy about so far?
What made you change your mind?
What is your membership goal? / What were you hoping for (when you ordered the product)?

2. Then use this reason to encourage them to remain a member with either the program they have now + something else we can add as a comp to help them meet those goals, or offer an alternate course better suited to help them with that goal.Overcome the Objection:

Didn’t work as expected: (No results, Changed to another program, No longer use the product)

Goal: Find out what they were trying to accomplish by using the product (why did they order it in the first place) and use that reason to re-sell the benefits to the customer.

1. when you ordered this product, what were you hoping for? (meet new women, get into a relationship, confidence,)

2. what happened when you used the product? what results did you get?

3. how much time do you think it should take to achieve this goal?

Agent should troubleshoot the lack of results -
- Make sure they are/were using the program / asking questions in the forums
- Encourage continued use/give it more time (365-day refund promise) and no future charges

We attempt to make it clear when a subscription trial is included with a program purchase. We mention it in the video, and put it on the checkout page with cancellation instructions. We don't believe in hiding things in terms and conditions we know very few people bother to read. We also sent out emails to give you information about how to go through the materials and send out upcoming billings reminders to allow our members time to cancel and prevent any unwanted charges for materials they don't want or aren't ready for yet.
- 1st: I've cancelled the subscription, which was always optional and the only part of your membership that would have ever been responsible for ongoing charges. I can assure you that there won't be any future charges that show up on your bank statement unless you decide to order something new.
