LL - Off Boarding Checklist

When people leave our team we'll need to deactivate their personal accounts and change shared passwords as soon as possible. 

Keep in mind we'll need to notify the team member responsible for changing the shared passwords early enough in their day that they can accomplish the task during that shift.  (Currently we used shared passwords for the shopify stores, shipstation and resurge). See the master checklist below to know who to contact.  

Important Note: Once the shared passwords are reset, you'll need to send post a message in the group slack channel and tag @here to ensure every member of the team receives the notice.
