Hello Del Mar, 

my name is Lynette Schultz.  I'm near twenty minutes probably from your office. I ordered a product order number 208-4624 I have waited over a week for your response to my email which I never received. 

I was instructed that my order was on its way. Well, that order arrived just now and it's the wrong order!

I ordered six bottles of CeraLift with a Free HydraGlo but I receive a shipment for Elizabeth Garcia order number 208-4623 which was one bottle of the HydraGlo. 

So now, I would like to know the status of my order and if this is the standard of your customer service in response to my email and my order shipment? I have questions about going further with my order, please return my call at anytime.  I"m very disappointed in the quality of service at this point.
