LL - How to update an address in Sticky

You might need to change a billing or shipping address because:

  • It was entered wrong at the time of the order
  • The customer has moved and needs to update the shipping and/or billing address

Doing so is very easy!

If this was a one-time order, choose that one. If this is a recurring order, choose the one that has the next recurring date and the next recurring product. Choose it by clicking on the order ID. 

Once the page refreshes, scroll down and you'll now see the details of that order. 

Shipping address is first, then billing address. Make whatever changes are needed in those boxes, and hit Save at the very bottom. 

*Note! In the State field: If they live in Washington state, choose Washington. If they live in Washington D.C., choose the District of Columbia 

If this was for a new order that has not yet shipped but has been sent to the Order Desk or the warehouse, this is now a CHO-Ticket that does need to be sent to the Fulfillment Team by HelpScout ticket assignment. Just run the FulFillment Requests Workflow > Urgent. Assign the ticket to the Fulfillment Team and keep it active.

“On the other hand, if this is still a pre-fulfillment order, you can change the shipping address in SI and hit save. Whatever change you make while an order is still in pre-fulfillment will be sent to OD/WH.

You need to change the address in SI and ask the fulfillment team to update the address in OD or WH if possible

If it's already shipped, the Fulfillment Team can arrange for a reshipment by way of HelpScout Ticket assignment. Just run the FulFillment Requests Workflow. Assign the ticket to the Fulfillment Team and keep it active.
