Dialpad Account Setup
What to do
- Accept your invite to Dialpad
- You will receive an email invitation from Dialpad with the subject “You've been invited to Dialpad”. Click “Get started” and log in to Dialpad using your work email account information. Then Accept the Dialpad permissions request.
- Login to your DialPad portal to configure your settings (Left Side Bar). Using the Chrome web browser, go to https://dialpad.com/login. Enter your:
- name
- language/english
- time zone - central
- Under Voice intelligence place a checkmark in both boxes
- Under Call Blocking Select these settings:
- Under For Your Safety - input your physical address
Next -
- Download the Desk Top App - First make sure you are logged into your Chrome browser using your work email account. Then download the Chrome desktop app. Login with your Google Apps credentials and the app will open. You can also connect your Google Apps during this step to get a social profile complete with links to Drive, Calendar, and Gmail.
- Get the Dial Pad extension: Download the Dialpad Chrome Extension to enable click-to-call phone numbers in Chrome.

- DialPad CTC Chrome Extension:
- Click this link to download the Dialpad Chrome Extension for PCI Compliance from the Chrome Web Store first. Then, once downloaded please ensure that you have the extension toggle switched ON for proper functioning.
- Next, use this Audio Setting Guide to configure your audio devices.
