Weekly Inventory Update

Update the date on the TBF Inventory Tracker

Nutraconnection Inventory Report for the specific company from the previous day

*Take the “remaining units” total for each product and place it in a dated slot on the “Velocity” page.

*Once each product is updated on the velocity page, go to the individual company inventory page and update the formula to reflect the cell on the velocity page for “current inventory “ & “inventory level 7 days ago” for each product.

ie:  “Inventory level 7 days ago” gets changed to  'DML -Velocity'!C90 would be 'DML - Velocity'!C91

“Current Inventory” 'DML - Velocity'!C91gets changed to 'DML - Velocity'!C92.

Note - each cell will be edited to reflect what is on the velocity page

Make sure to update velocity when there is a rekit 

Check that all highlighted cells in the notes ares are taken care of

*yellow highlighted cells are required actions from weekly inventory meetings that Dr Steve wants completed.

*gets updates on product PO statuses for completion/shipping from manufacturers

Review “On hand” column:

*any numbers under 100 will be highlighted in orange.  This indicates that a rekit may need to be initiated.

Review “On Order” column:

*Confirm the numbers on hold coincide with the PO logged on the individual company tabs
