We are launching our new program called “AMPAlive VIP+” and this is geared towards our people who have ordered AMPAlive but are not VIP members. 

We'll send them an email inviting them to join VIP+ program.  This exclusive program includes a one-time free bottle of AMPAlive, a personalized 10% coupon code good on every single product (one-time delivery only) and will also give them access to members-only promos and flash sales.

The regular price for this is $149 billed on a yearly basis. ($149 today, then again in $365 days). 

What are the benefits of this program? Discounted products! A free bottle of AMPAlive ($69.95 Value), a 10% off for life coupon (unlimited value), access to flash sales, and promos. (there are no other bottles or subscriptions with this offer).

FAQ’s for the VIP PLUS PROGRAM

How are the loyal people we pitch this promo to determined? Are they currently AMPAlive VIP Members?

  • This is sent to our mailing list for Sun Coast customers who are not already on autoship
  • This will also be a part of the post purchase sequence for the purchase of AMP that is not on autoship

It says Free to join, i don't see a free option? what is the "free" part?

  • This was an incorrect addition to the brief - they have 2 options if they would like the program - $149 for the yearly rate or they can go on monthly autoship for $44.95 and get all of the VIP plus program perks as well 

Regarding the yearly fee of $149, what comes with that? a 10% coupon and access to new releases, flash sales only?  - it does not include a free bottle or product on a recurring basis?

  • It includes a free bottle upon signup, but does not include a monthly bottle - the free bottle is a one time shipment - they only get the one-time free bottle, 10% coupon and early access to sales.

With the monthly $44.95 option,  they get a 10% coupon and access to new releases, flash sales as well as, a free bottle today and a cheaper discount on AMP (normally 44.96/bottle on a monthly sub), correct?

  • Yes, they do get all of the vip plus perks as well as they will go on the monthly resub for 44.95 (which is the price that is offered on the actual sales page, altho shopify has it as 44.96 due to the percentage being set up as 10% off and it rounds to .95

What if they want to apply their 10% coupon to their monthly bottle of AMP instead of another product? 

  • No, it is a coupon code that only will work on shopify one-time products - it is unlimited, but will not work for subs

What if someone is already on a monthly sub for AMP? how does that sub get cancelled so they can move to the Plus program? What are the logistics here?

  • The VIP PLUS sales page is not being sent out to anyone who is currently on the regular VIP program (that mailing list is suppressed on all mailings) - but if they happen to see the offer, they can be put on the mailing list in Maropost and receive the emails - and we can just give them the coupon code (VIPPLUS10)  - but the actual offer is for new VIP customers only (to get the free bottle).

Can agents use the sales page to place orders for customers should the need arise?

What if a customer doesn't receive the coupon code for VIP+ program?

First, verify that they joined the VIP+ program.

Next, remind them that the coupon should have arrived via email within a few minutes of them joining. Possibly it went to junk or spam and it's a good idea to look there and then add us to your safe sender list so that you don't miss future promotions.
