Declined Order Call Campaign - All unprocessed Health Brand Orders 

  1. Who are we sending a message? All health brand company declined orders (with phone number)
  2. Why? To Build a positive brand experience, troubleshoot service issues, and reprocess orders.
  3. Who is responsible? A member of the CH team will obtain a list  and set up the call campaign
  4. When will this task be performed? Daily M-F  between the hours of 9 am 5pm CST. 
  5. Steps:
  • Obtain the declined order list from SI and Shopify. 
  • Download the list for each company separately. 
  • Separate the One Time Delivery Order declines from the Subscription declines (we'll send a different message to OTD vs SUB)
  • Paste the list onto a sheet in the

  • Remove duplicate numbers, fix errors, and remove "1" from the beginning of any US phone numbers. 
  • Copy the list of phone numbers, to paste into the Campaign you created inside the app. (see training video above)
  • Inside the app select "new campaign"
  • Name the campaign (Company TYPE Declines) (Date of the list) example: DML OTD Declines 4.9.20 or DML SUB DECLINES (DATE)
  • Enter the toll free call back number to the company. example: DML phone number 8883618645
  • Select the appropriate DML Decline recording (OTD vs SUB)
  • Paste in the DML phone number list
  • Schedule or send the campaign
  • Repeat this for each company separately

6. The recordings  are already saved in the sly broadcast app.

-“Hi this is Lori with Vitalifi. I’m calling to let you know that unfortunately the order you recently placed with us did not process. Please call me back at 1-844-209-3227 so I can help you reprocess the order and get your package shipped out to you. Again, the number is 1-844-209-3227  

VFI SUB declines 

- Hi, this is Lori with Vitalifi. I'm calling to follow up about your ongoing monthly subscription. I think we have an outdated or expired credit card on file because your recent order didn't process. Please call me back at [1-844-209-3227 so I can help you get it updated and get your order shipped out to you. Again,  1-844-209-3227

  • DML OTD -“Hi this is Lori with Del Mar Laboratories. I’m calling to let you know that unfortunately the order you recently placed with us did not process. Please call us back at 1-888-361-8645 so we can help you reprocess the order and get your package shipped out to you. Again, the number is 1-888-361-8645
  • DML SUBS - Hi, this is Lori with Del Mar Laboratories. I'm calling to follow up about your ongoing monthly subscription. I think we have an outdated or expired credit card on file because your recent order didn't process. Please call us back at 1-888-361-8645 so we can help you get it updated and get your order shipped out to you. Again, 1-888-361-8645

SCS OTD declines

SCS SUB declines
