LL - Promo Update Week of April 21, 2023
ReActivate
We made some modifications to our ReActivate checkout pages to make it more convenient for our customers. The changes are as follows:
1. We will add a Pop Up to confirm the selected country. This will apply to ALL countries.
2. The pop Up will deploy after order submission.
3. We will also have auto-filling of the country based on IP
4. Changes will also be applied to one-time and subscription orders.
As you can see below, the Pop up will ask the customer to confirm if the selected country is correct, whether it’s the United States, Canada, or Australia.
Once the customer clicks on Yes, they will proceed with the order. Of the customer selects No, they will have the opportunity to go back and edit their information if necessary.
