IMPORTANT UPDATE

We are happy to announce that our international shipping capabilities have now begun. International shipping has opened up to Canada, UK, and Australia! Shipping fees as listed below.

UK: $10

Australia: $10

Canada: $10 + an additional duty of $4.50

We are currently offering international shipping for ReActivate only. Once the customer reaches the checkout page they will see a dropdown where they can choose the country to ship to.  

For each country, they will then fill in the rest of the information such as Province, County, or State/territory. Customers will be prompted with their Estimated Delivery Date; this can vary depending on the country. However, we can let the customer know it can take 10-15 business days. 

Our 365 Day guarantee policy will continue to be the gold seal for The Hero Co, it will apply for international shipping as well as our refunds and reshipment policies.

Placing Orders: Agents are able to place international orders through Sticky - it is set up on the funnel and customers can place their orders through the order page only at this time.
