[DML/SCS/RME] Total Health Transformation Challenge SOP
Overview
On January 1, 2023, we are simultaneously launching a new campaign in DML, SCS, and RME. Collectively, we are calling these campaigns the “Transformation Challenge”.
To say it simply, we are selling subscription products/packages in these campaigns. And as part of the promotion, customers get their 4th month FREE only IF they stay subscribed for 3 months.
Plus, they have a chance to win $1000 if they are chosen to have the most “impressive transformation” on day 90.
In order to qualify for the promo, customers need to meet the following requirements: 1) Purchase any of the packages: Bronze, Silver, Gold2) Stay subscribed through their 3rd month 3) Send in their before and after photos around day 90.
There is no end date on this "challenge" yet. We'll send it out starting Jan 1 and if it is successful it may become an ongoing campaign. It ends once the customer has completed 90 days/3 refills and sends in their picture.
The packages are only available on subscription.
CH Handling
Once customers have purchased one of the subscription packages and completed 90 days (of that package / 3 refills) they will send us before and after pictures. Once we receive their pictures follow these steps:
(1) Thank the customer for joining the contest and let them know that they will be entered into the contest!
(2) Let them know that once their 4th refill is processed we will issue a refund for the 4th subscription order
(3) Post their entry in the “Success” channels with the customer’s name, email, remarks and pictures and tag @johaness
